A very simple way to use Chermoula
coat the underside with chermoula slackened with a little olive oil
rub olive oil into the skin then sprinkle with freshly ground salt and pepper
Place in a preheated oven 180°C/350°F and roast as per normal
And there you have one crispy skinned roasted rack of pork!
