It is obvious that this doesn't look like your regular tea. Oolong is a semi-fermented tea, the leaves are sun-dried and allow to oxidise before they are twisted and curled to form small balls. As you brew, the leaves slowly unravel and expand as shown in the photo below.
Oolong is also lower in caffeine than coffee - it has about a third of the caffeine and it's said to have calorie burning properties which makes it a good after dinner drink.
Use about a teaspoon per cup of water and brew for about 5 minutes. There's a green tinge to this straw coloured tea - refreshing with grassy aromas.
