When thinking of something appropriate to use for this theme my immediate thoughts turned to Black Sambuca and this intriguingly alluring creamy cocktail.
Blackberry Delight
[Makes 1]
30ml Black Sambuca
30ml Strawberry Liqueur
30ml Malibu
75ml cream
Place all the ingredients into a shaker with ice - shake vigourously then strain into a glass.
Serve immediately.

Hi Patricia - this drink tastes like a fruity creamy liquorice stick, though the liquorice isn't an overwhelming flavour. Paalo thoroughly enjoyed it and said it was something you could drink a lot of!
